DELIVERY

Order processing times:

Processing times vary depending on your location and take between 24 and 72 hours by our team (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times:

Mainland France : delivery within 7-10 business days after dispatch

Belgium and Switzerland : delivery within 7-10 business days after dispatch

What are the delivery fees?

Standard delivery is free.

Order modification or cancellation:

If you have an urgent request, please contact us immediately at contact@lumiine.com including "Urgent" in the subject line of your message, as well as your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee any changes once the order has been dispatched.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refund processing

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of your return, plus the time required for bank processing. You will receive a confirmation email at each stage of the process.

Refund tracking

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us with your name and order number.
