Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

The following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal or Amazon Pay. Both methods will take you to either PayPal’s or Amazon’s site where you are prompted to log in and proceed with payment. Once your transaction is complete, you will be directed back to our merchant's website.

Where is my refund?

Returns are usually processed within three business days of being returned to us, but please be aware that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow 10 working days from the time you send your item back to us before contacting us regarding your refund. Once your refund has been processed, we'll send you an email to let you know.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You don't have to create an account to place an order as a guest. However, it is recommended that you set up an account if you’d like to check on a history of orders and store payment information for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. 

When will my order arrive?

We'll deliver your order within 3 to 10 days, depending on your preferred shipping method, within the U.S. International shipping takes up to 21 business days if it is being shipped from the U.S. Contact us if your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframes, and we will check the status of your order.

How much is shipping?

Depending on the item you order and the country to which it is being delivered, the shipping costs vary. However, within the U.S., if your order value exceeds $50, we will provide free shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will update you every step of the way so that you can see when your product is shipped and when it has been delivered. Track your order progress online using the tracking reference you’ll receive in your delivery confirmation emails.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. 

How do I return an item?

Please file for a return on our return page here or contact our customer service team via service@lumiine.com. If the return is within 14 days of the purchase and meets the criteria for a return, we will email you a return label. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. The return shipping will be free of charge as long as it is within our return policy or stated otherwise.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and file for a return or email our customer service team via service@lumiine.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
